On top of all the normal reasons monopolies are bad, currently EVERYONE in large sections of two states has no internet, because incompetent @GetSpectrum is the only option.

@GetSpectrum such a great service through NESN tonight!! Feed was stop and go. Could barley watch. So disappointed.. as much money that I pay out I should of stayed with dish cause your feed isn’t as good for sure.. and of course the commercials don’t freeze like the game did.🤬

@Ask_Spectrum The appointment @GetSpectrum is talking about here is the literal exact same appointment I had last Tuesday, when they told me it was a hardware issue outside, in the neighborhood. Today, they have no record of the hardware issue, and are sending a tech out again. Amazing work!

@Ask_Spectrum I’d rather not waste more of my time on hold or with some automated messaging system not understanding the issue and then telling me to restart my router. Hard pass. Maybe stop monopolizing internet in my area so I have other provider options.
